Whenever I hear someone sniffing in the office on a Monday I give them a free pass as they've quite clearly been on the bags over the weekend and I think... Good on ya.

Its fine if used appropriately to clarify an earlier statement, but I am now noticing people begin conversations with it. It really bugs me. I mean, its annoying because it is functionally useless filler.
