Saw on Faceboow a news story about poverty earlier and the second top comment was something along the lines of:
"Why should we give up our food and money on them? They should stop having unprotected sex and making kids if they can't afford to feed them. If there was a condom appeal I'd be more than willing to help them out."

When did society get to the point of "I'd give you a condom to help your people die out, rather than food to help your family live"?... So much apathy, too little empathy.

Im at the dentist earlier. Just a check up. Known him years, he practices privately. Sound fella. He's talking about footy and moaning about the cost of tickets for him and his lad, and how he feels forced to keep a season ticket on.
