I always thought a Millenial was someone who had lots of money, but I'm reliably informed that it's any person born between 1980 and 2000, ie in the run-up to the start of the new Millenium.

My youngest lad is a Millenial he's a more mature, better behaved person than his siblings who are all Generation Xers, so I can't really have a go at them.

I'm millennial but have worked hard from 13/14 in the family business and I am thankful for this. I actually think I should have been working younger but parents wanted me to experience a childhood.

I think this problem is mainly western Europe/US issue, where the previous generations have done all the hard work, and these people expect things to fall at their feet. Millennials aren't the biggest problem of course, but I can see why they annoy the piss out of people. Most people I know here have all worked hard for what they have.
