I've seen this generation referenced in various threads and in the media. I'd like to gauge feedback on your experience interacting with Millennials, either at home, in the workplace or in and around the Everton games.

I have my opinion but I'll save it until later as to not set the tone for any subsequent feedback.

Sense of entitlement off the charts, want everything now and to hell with earning it. Thanks to social media, they have knowledge a mile wide but an inch deep. Work ethic nowhere near that of older generations. Apart from that, they're sound.
