Noooooooooooooo...ahwell. Its such a shame because he was having the best season he has had at Everton. Making real progress...I just hope this injury doesnt affect him in the next few years...
 

I think you are looking at 6 months out, so will just be coming back for the start of the season. May miss pre season though which isn't good.
 
Fukking devestated. What a kick in the bollocks...

I know he's been great this season, but we have to roll are sleeves up and kick on. One player don't make a team. It's a big blow, but we have to move on.

I'm gutted, cant read the news stories as I think we all know deep down that any chance of top 4 or FA Cup have evaporated with our best player and talisman out for the season. Sorry if you slam me for being so down but thats how I feel.
 

like everyone else i`m gutted for the lad really am. but there could be two long term injuries coming out of this game.just our feckin luck

I had my hopes riding on the FA cup, but everything might go pearshape here

I'm sure the other lads will step up. That's what we're about as a club and this will be no different i hope

but our quality of play will suffer, and anybody who doesnt agree is wrong.
 
ive never felt so morbid watching a match.

Even when the Newcastle player was sent off, no excitement :( i was numb to it all
