I agree that he's better naturally on the left, but when he's there, there's no link-up with Digne. It's all about Richarlison getting on the ball and driving infield, which just means we're wasting probably our best attacking outlet in terms of a late runner etc.

From what I’ve seen, and again looking more tonight at YouTube, I think his real benefit shouldn’t just be judged on his goal ratios. His abilities to hold the ball up and to bring others in to play should not be underestimated.

His YouTube videos show about 1 time per game when he successfully lays the ball off. Fortunately for him it doesn’t show all the times it bounces off him. He’s got a 1st touch on par with Lukaku.

His scoring record isn’t bad but playing with hazard etc at Chelsea and hazard and de Bruyne for Belgium I’d expect some goals.

Chelsea are desperate for a striker. It says everything that they don’t want to give this guy a go.

Looks like he's proper flopped at Valencia but havent they been wank this year? Never seemed like the sort of forward that would do well in Spain anyway. Done well at Dortmund and in his first season at Chelsea too

Can't see it happening as MB will see it as too much of a risk, but if it does I reckon it will work. He'd have scored A LOT of the chances we've created this season
