Stop with this nonsense. Patterson, lovely bloke though he is, has been proven after 50+ games to not be at Premier league standard as a defender. There's a reason why such an experienced manager as Moyes and others before him don't pick him. His only future is as a makeshift right sided midfielder or a championship defender at best.
