Needs to be sent on a leadership course. There was a moment in the game today when him and schneiderlin jumped for the same ball and ended up missing. Jagielka said the other week in an interview that he is too quiet.

..when Mane turned him in the 2nd half it was very poor defending and should’ve cost us. If you’re a forward about to face him I don’t think you’d be losing too much sleep.

That's embarrassing for a centre half to be turned like that, I'm sure its happened a few times this season as well

..when you lack speed and mobility you don’t get tight to a CF with those attributes. He was left totally out of the game and Jagielka was isolated in the middle.
