If Michael Keane is worth £25m with 12 months left, it is unsurprising Barkley is still rated at £40-50m by Everton.

He's good, not Koulibaly/VVD good, but we do need someone that's stronger in the air. Just hope we also make a move for more of a ball playing CB like Lemos. Diego Llorente is also pretty good. Would love to pair Keane with either of those guys.

Grab a keeper, ideally a backup at RB/LB, and the D is sound.

Keane and Llorente would be a serious upgrade on Williams and jagielka.

In my mind we need two CBs so Keane plus a ball playing CB would be ideal IMO.

I've been impressed by him this season

He sealed the deal when I saw him at Anfield this season though. He was flawless

Other than VVD (who is beyond our reach), he's the centre back in this league I'd most like this summer
