No offence to him or any posters, but you know you’re goosed when he’s your best defender and you still target him with your criticism.

I wasn’t necessarily targeting him with any criticism, just stating a fact.

He was and has been the best of a stinking bunch in defence, but if we’re honest we’ve been gash all season and there’s a reason you and the rest of keanos fan club were calling him a great 4th choice cb.

Besides the early part of the match, I thought the whole side were garbage tonight, apart from illy.

Keane was slightly better than Tarks, brilliant, give him another contract.

Incredible how he has transformed himself ahead of Tarkowski and how he, in turn, has regressed at the same pace.

If we had a proper RB, it would be Keane and O’Brien in the middle until JB back.

Keane was miles better than tarks he’s been pretty awful since he’s been here, but this season give the lad some credit.

Sadly not — he's probably about 25th choice for an England call up I'd guess. But he's having a really strong season, especially since he's being asked to cover for the quickly regressing Tarkowski each game.

I`ve been one of his biggest critics on here, but you`ve got to hold your hands up and say that by and large he`s absolutely been one of our best players this year, the defence would`ve been pretty much goosed without him and that we`d more than likely be on less points that we currently are, if it wasn`t for him.

Is he the same level as Branthwiate, no, but not many centre halves are.
