I agree but also worry they will lack leadership in defence. Not that Keane adds that at all, but might be an idea to have Coleman in there insted of Patterson.

Probably been hearing that for around 5 years now. And in some cases you look and he isnt directly responsible. But the vibe around him is not good and that must include his team mates when he's on the pitch.
There's a common demoninator when Everton start to lose goals. its usualy when Michael Keane is the last line of defence.

The same criticisms have been thrown at Keane for a very very long time now. The guy never developed and has been a walking disaster for years. The club should’ve got shut a long time ago ago and there aren’t many clubs in football who would’ve kept him this long.

Fair play to the bloke and I hope he gets his agent something really nice every year to thank him for getting him a move the the biggest set of mugs in football all those years ago.
