Under Lampard I still think there was a time he was.

He's better than Godfrey, Holgate and Coady, and Mina was rarely available.

We had a very poor side that season

It makes little sense to keep him now. He's into his last year so any sort of fee should be accepted.

But yes, he's not close to the level of our current two centre halves. Really should have been moved on last summer.

Well yeah, he joined in 2022. If we’re using the second half of the 2021/22 season, then we had Branthwaite and a fit Mina.

Keane has never at any point in his Everton career been our best CB imo.

I think Michael Keane may well get a move.... if we are prepared to sell.

I think he realises he won't be playing much football at Everton now and his contract expires in 11 months.

An opportunity to get a three or four year contract elsewhere even on lesser wages will give him more security up to the end of his career.
He can stay at Everton and draw his salary but after two years of not playing what kind of move will he get?
