It's from after the Fulham game which, to be fair to him, was an 'alright' performance.

It doesn’t matter, it’s a dreadful message to put out regardless. “Well I did my job so you can’t have a go at me”, he should be hurting that the team lost but he’s a selfish melt who’s only concerned about whether he’s to blame or not. He is poisonous, I don’t feel like I can fully commit to supporting the team while he’s in it. I absolutely hate him.

Exactly most professionals would deflect and just something about the team being poor and it's hurting them ...the old Seamus rally call or something like that.

He needs selling behind Dyche back. Just like Peña and Giambi were booted out in Moneyball.

If the manager refuses to see the problem or play an elternative, remove the option.

Yeah Dyche will probably throw a fit but not a chance he walks over it.
