Honestly don’t know how anyone, never mind a manager, can literally just watch him and see anything good.

I’m not talking about metrics, tactics or stats, you can literally watch the lad and see he’s atrocious, his body language is all over the place for a professional athlete. Utter coward and everyone can see it, especially opposition.
