For me this guy needs booting....
Slow.... he that scared of been done for pace he drops deep pulling the back line away from the midfield...leaving massive gaps between the lines making the press redundant..
And when we have the ball he is also to SLOW. Never seem him play a first time pass, it's always 3 or 4 touches which slows it down and then it's pushed out to the sides making it easy for teams to nullifie any danger....

Disappointing isn't it? Our previous long term CB mainstay was Phil Jagielka. Now, we have Micheal Keane.
