Again.... He started from being innocent and wasn't found guilty... So he is innocent?

This isn’t how the law works.

The burden of proof in criminal trials is on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Clearly the prosecution didn’t make its case well enough in the Jackson trial but it doesn’t mean he is innocent.

The best example of this is to look at the OJ Simpson case- not guilty in the criminal case but guilty in the civil case where the burden of proof is lower. If your view was right that difference couldn’t happen.
