You can say it all you like mate, “innocent” is not an available verdict, because that isn’t where the burden of proof lies
So he was innocent?

Think if you spoke to either people who’ve been through this sort of thing, or experts in the field, they’d pretty much uniformly tell you that “normal” doesn’t existAlright sound. Like I said don't know the ins and outs. But just going off the documentary these two and their parents show zero emotion to what happened to them. Never struggling to talk about it or get upset. Just not normal at all for me that.
A court failed to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt (the highest threshold of proof that exists in law). Only those involved know whether he was innocent. So he was innocent?

Just think you would act differently to how they all have come across that's all. Not one have got upset or looked upset or struggled to to talk about it in nearly 2 hours.Think if you spoke to either people who’ve been through this sort of thing, or experts in the field, they’d pretty much uniformly tell you that “normal” doesn’t exist
Again.... He started from being innocent and wasn't found guilty... So he is innocent?
No, he didn’t (necessarily) start from innocent in any real sense. He started from either having done it or not.Again.... He started from being innocent and wasn't found guilty... So he is innocent?
Very true. As if this documentary was say the evidence then I would say he was not guilty but would I be 100% confident he hadn't done something like this, no idea would be the answer. We will never know unless proper proof comes out I guess.People that commit crimes are ruled not guilty all the time.
A defense's primary goal is to create reasonable doubt. If they are successful they are found not guilty. Doesn't mean innocent at all.
Statistically... yeah you willAnd you'll find neither on here.
Not proven.People that commit crimes are ruled not guilty all the time.
