if it was some American hotel porter who had been 'caught' sleeping with young boys in a locked room off his nut on fentanyl then he would already have been sentenced to death … just cos jacko was a great performer it doesn't excuse the seriousness of the crimes hes obv committed.

It’s been said a few times mate imagine this was a bloke who lived next door but one , who had random 7 year olds staying in his bed and someone in the pub saying that he’s just eccentric and had no childhood thatbit was all innocent . Imagine the looks people would give the bloke defending him , never mind my guess is most people would see the nonce off and out the road in double quick time .

absolutely

they tried to take it to court got counter-sued now they owe the jackson estate money
They tried to take two companies to court for facilitating Jackson (MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures), not Michael Jackson himself. The judge who dismissed the case did not dismiss the case because they were lying, he dismissed it on technical grounds.

As mentioned, Robson wanted to have a case against Jackson but he couldn't as the statute of limitations had run out.

Also, I can find no evidence of the counter-suing. Do you have a link? I see that the estate are suing HBO but nothing about them suing Robson or Safechuck.

If it all came out he's as bad as Saville without doubt, there will be loads of others out there with similar stories.

The Documentary was very believable and looking at past court cases, accusations, definitely no smoke without fire, when caught he had the money to keep himself out of jail.

They are suing HBO because they allowed that network to show a concert and in the terms and conditions they could not do any shows that show him in a bad light or something to that wording.

One thing this documentary didn't even go near which, is the documentary I want to see, because its the only that can make a difference now...

Michael Jackson didn't do all this on his own....Tour managers, security staff, team and family members, parents All allowed this to happen.....who was booking the hotel rooms, who was organising for these kids to be brought to those rooms, who turned a blind eye to this madness for a nice pay cheque at the end of the month...

Whether or not he did, I believe he did, he was clearly not well in the head.... But he was constantly surrounded by sane people who failed to protect these kids from him purely for their own financial gain...

Great point. I suspect his own family know more than they're letting on, but they've obviously got financial interests that they will want to protect.
