OJ was found innocent, helps when you have millions to pay for the best defence laywers that money can buy.

He was acquitted and I’ll be honest I’m generally a huge fan of the legal system and of verdicts but let’s not kid ourselves OJ is innocent of murder and I watched a bbc documentary the other day about a bloke who was acquitted 31 years ago of the murder of two 9 year old girls but thanks to double jeopardy changes just been convicted . Jimmy saville incidentally has never been convicted either .

Jackson was a grown man who by his own admission slept in his bed with young boys , paid others significant amounts of money whilst other now adult men claimed he sexually abused them and the US authorities did charge him although he was acquitted. So it’s not like I’m randomly accusing some bloke in the street .

He was found not guilty. A not guilty verdict and being proven innocent are two very different things, especially when the accused are incredibly wealthy and generate even more wealth for others.

Being proven innocent would have removed the need for massive bungs and there's no doubt his legal team would subsequently have been instructed to then absolutely rinse the accusers for damages.But they chose not to to pursue that and instead made huge payments to those concerned.
