I don't like too many chips tbh. When me and Cal used to get fish and chips from the chippy we'd get a small portion of chips between us and still throw some out.

Can’t throw chips away. If anyone leaves any I eat them, probably goes back to my childhood when any leftover chips were re-fried the next day.

You have to re-fry. Microwave make cold chips inedible. Another of life's little mysteries.

That portion size in ATs pic looked perfect for me. I'd have preferred some garden peas with it though rather than a side salad.

I chose the salad over the offered mushy peas. Love me a bit of coleslaw and chips.

At BBQs I only put coleslaw on the plate to appear less caveman like with 9 different types of meat already loaded on.

Ok...I admit it....I don't even do coleslaw at BBQs. I do a mean potato salad (apparently) but I don't even eat it.... Goes down well, unlike the copious green salad my wife always does that nobody wants ?
