If the electricity grid and internet go down people are going to be screwed. You won't need a nuclear weapon an EMP weapon will do the damage, it will break society.

It's why I went and bought a dvd player(yes I know hardly important) because the internet went down and I had no access to anything tv related or online related. Imagine that ramped up to where nothing electronic works anymore. Pretty much everything we use is electronic these days.

We had 6 days without electricity and you adapt T using candles going to bed and getting up with the sun etc. It is disconcerting at first but we are a species that can adapt .We do have carbon burning appliances though .How is the little lady today ?

Our growing reliance on the internet is quite worrying really. My family use their phones/internet for almost everything. When I say (lost phone, no signal etc.) but what if… they say but it won’t. Oh won’t it? I realise I’m at the age where I’m getting too old to adapt and quite frankly I’m not sorry I’m nearer the exit than the entrance so to speak .

The same could be said about transport .Not that I am ready to be transported !

She's good thanks, seems to have stopped scratting all the time which leads me to believe it was summer allergies. It got ridiculous at one point, even the tablets I got had to be bumped up extra, not pharma tablets lol just treats with pumpkin which supposedly helps.

Candles are all well and good but where will you go shopping, literally everything would stop working blue, your banking and everything would become inaccessible

Yes you are correct ,I forgot about money and shopping and........... .Nice to hear Daisy is good it must be so hard for her having an itch all the time ,not like us they can't tell us when thye have a problem -well I suppose they can to a degree but you know what I mean T .

I had to wait until 5pm today but I've had a few listens and I'm happy with it. The final 20 seconds is probably the standout, but that's probably because it's also the standout part of the song. But yeah, it's instantly my favourite release of the year so far.

For @Armaghtoffee . I found out today that Archangel Michael is the patron saint of Symi. I think that's very cool, having an Archangel as your saint. He's reflected on the Symi flag.

Sorry but for me it’s not as good as The Scythe for me. Best bit for me funny enough is the intro just up until the guitar comes in. The guitar chord itself is very Wet Leg.

As a child I became fascinated by St Michael once told he battled demons. Hungry for more information on him I had to go the library to read as my Granny wouldn’t allow books about Hell into the house . I was taught by Priests and Brothers at secondary school and they were more than happy to answer all my questions thankfully!!
