Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Pointed this out to @Gwladysover on her visit. Fun fact ...it's opposite the Reiss shop on Stanley Street a building which used to be owned by 2 of our partners and was our head office in Liverpool.
You did! Also told us she was made by Tommy Steele for three pence - half a sixpence! Still blown away by the fact you gave up your time to show us round and also thanks Mrs J. who changed her plans so you could. Here’s a couple of pics I took of places we would totally have missed if you hadn’t shown us.

Yes thanks, I didn’t mind, I was throwing up all night and my ribs are killing me. One of our staff said she saw hundreds and she really meant hundreds of gypsies in one of the local towns earlier today. A mate of mine owns a pub very near where the funeral is taking place and is closed and locked up for the day…..
Hope you are feeling better now.

There are a few Scousers unfamiliar with Queen Avenue off Castle St ( Mrs J until we ate at Queens bistro last year ) but you are now in the know G !

Here's an interesting fact you didn't realise you needed to know. Every single time I visit Liverpool, come rain hail or shine, I find myself walking through that arch. Now why on earth would I need to do that? (Hopefully a little bit less obtuse than Blue's riddle:lol:)

Thanks on her behalf G.

Made her birthday brekkie , gave her her pressies and flowers and she's having a lie in whilst I make sandwiches for our picnic visit to Bodnant .

Then it's curry time with beer tonight.

Have a lovely day everyone.
Happy belated birthday to C. Hope you both had a great day. Although a regular visitor to Bodnant (probably 30 times or more) we never went at this time of year. It used to only open around Easter time iirc. Is there much to see.?

Very good question.

Bodnant certainly wasn't at its best - another 6 weeks and it will look magnificent.

But there were some rhodis out , plenty of camelias and hellebores.

And as ever it's always a lovely walk and all the paths were open.

It still looked magnificent and so it should - we counted no less than 35 gardeners / volunteers working on the grounds 😂

Good morning all on this lovely day here ,I hope all are well and had a good night .hopefully @peteblue has gotten over his tummy upset .I am a little disppointed no one had time to answer my questions !
Another clue to the word one -a hat -to steal ,shoot and a political post . The phone no. 236-9074 no guesses ?
Have a great day all COYB

Hope you are feeling better now.

Thanks guys. Whatever it was has gone, I’m still left with aching ribs, but I’m sure they will get easier.

Anyway it’s off to the chiropodist in an hour…the highlight of my day……..

Might be a less obtuse than Blue’s riddle but I’m still a bit slow on the uptake.
