Good morning all on this fine day ,I hope all are well and had a good night. Of to the rubbish tip this morning -the highlight of my week if the wife would let me bring stuff back ! Apparently JD Vance went to Vermont to ski and was met with a load of demonstrators with placards saying "Go ski in Russia ,we don't want you here " so hopefully that will all build into a crescendo and they will be hounded out ,him and the idiot .

Morning all, bright and frosty here again. Bit of dog sitting after the school run this morning as son and DIL are going to the Registry Office for a death certificate. There’s been a delay as the GP and hospital didn’t agree on the cause of death. Nothing is ever is easy.

I'm currently in the Liverpool Airport Crowne Plaza with the view in next post out of my window. This hotel used to be Liverpool Airport before John Lennon Airport was built.
I had a really nice day yesterday- saw my brother's new bachelor pad. For those who know it is in Gateacre Village, in a building that used to be the school and next door to the Brown Cow pub. I also met up with two of my nephews and their little ones.
This morning we are going to Allerton Cemetery to see Mum and Dad - I'm not usually one for visiting graves but, for some reason, I feel like I want to go. Then it's a walk round Sefton Park then meeting my niece over from Australia and having lunch in Lark Lane- two of my favourite places in the world. If I could squeeze in a visit to Otterspool Prom then I've got the hat trick! I know I've said it before but Liverpool will always be home - no matter how long I've lived away, whenever I come back, its like yeah, this is me.

Yes thanks, I didn’t mind, I was throwing up all night and my ribs are killing me. One of our staff said she saw hundreds and she really meant hundreds of gypsies in one of the local towns earlier today. A mate of mine owns a pub very near where the funeral is taking place and is closed and locked up for the day…..
Hopefully your own illness has passed over you now.
Once you get police advice to close It is probably the sensible choice.
