Nice way to spend a Friday.
The problem being I don’t feel the affect of the alcohol like I should. Oh well 63 now and as I walked up the street home, a lad stopped me and told me his dad died yesterday. He lived across the road from me for the last 40 years and was still working until a couple of weeks ago at least (hospital porter) cancer apparently so he’d worked through it, shifts as well. So on that merry note I will pour another and drink to Dave. My point is just enjoy life.

I have extensive CD and Ipod stuff. I stream to discover new music and use YouTube to watch live stuff from my fave artists. For instance I'm currently watching a Cure gig fron Sydney Opera House. It's over 3 hours long so I may split it into 2 listens. What a venue by the way.

OK I think I get it now. So they have 1.2m listeners and I'm in the top 1200. Doesn't sound too bad when you put it like that. And half of those listeners will only have come on in the last couple of months so won't have built up minutes yet.

With regard to consumption, I can still hack it when I need to, but feel like crap the next day, sometimes days when it's been an extended bender. But a lot of my mates when I visit Liverpool don't know what a hangover is. Not sure if that's a blessing or a curse
