Just over 5 weeks to go. I thought they had to give 6 weeks notice to move a game or am I making that up?

They don't have to give 6 weeks notice. Usual practice is to announce the TV fixtures about five weeks in advance. So the March fixtures were announced on 25 January. I think they basically try and leave it as late as possible to allow the TV to try and pick matches involving teams in good form, etc, even though we all know nearly every RS and Utd game is picked as a matter of course.

This system also means that nobody can say "you've given us less than a month to book trains, etc" as they always do it just over a month in advance.

Should just combine the national with the derby this year. We have a horse they have a horse and whoever wins gets the 3 points.

knowing us, we will be miles ahead on the final straight and the horse will randomly explode on the line before their 3 legged horse trots over the line.
