It’s pronounced more like rule, well Ruhl. There’s no I sound in the pronunciation of it. The ö makes an oo sound a bit like a u

nah GT is closer I would say, ö = oe - for an authentic pronunciation you need to push the sound further forward in yer gob tho. And don't forget to roll your R

Yes you need to decline the indefinite article for occupations, nationalities, etc. otherwise such mistakes happen.

Probably submitted a sheet...we lack to drag this to the wire....something that needs to be look at. We are so inefficient when dealing with transfers...an average of 2 to 3 weeks per signings is not good enough.
