Isn't it Vardy and Leicester this weekend? I'd be tempted to stick Holgate at centre back, or at least stick him there in training this week and give it some serious thought.

Was horrible at Anfield and okay tonight. The defense didn't look as organized when he came on which is forgivable as he hasn't seen enough time to be fully adjusted. I think Koeman was being realistic about top 4 being out of reach so he decided to give a youngster some time. Mirallas probaby should have never came off, but I'm not too bothered because I want to see this lad getting experience while we are heading into the summer.

You take the positives and negatives from playing him now. I think we would have possibly gotten another goal had Mirallas and Barkley stayed on the pitch, but now is as good a time as any to get Pennington some experience. I think it sent the wrong message to Lukaku though as he didn't look happy with the change; we should be trying to win every game. Do you potentially sacrifice the game to get the young lads time? I don't envy Koeman in this situation

Agree with the above sentiments. It took courage to come on there last night and put a decent performance in after the scapegoating he received on Saturday. He looked determined.

To be fair, everyone gets shoved all over by him. Not all of the shoves and elbows are legal. Though you'd never know it from the lack of cards he receives, mind.

He played quite a few games against no mark teams in dead rubber games at the end of last season though.
