Matchday Car Parking

I park on the dual carriageway Utting Avenue for free most games. If I've been later arriving and there's no spaces I'd usually park in the Abbey Lawns nursing home on Anfield Road, last time I used it, it was £8 I think.

Usually Stanley Park unless we get a ticket for the school... as my dad is disabled so we often get tickets to park there.
Also can you please be careful saying "those cars they stuck at the front" as my dad is disabled we are often one of those cars and it's to make it easier for my dad's wheelchair... so please spare a thought there might be a good reason for them being there!

No Ash, you've misunderstood.

I'm referring to the small car parks (example as indicated with arrow on my first post) where they cram cars in and block all others from leaving - disability doesn't come into it. in fact, your dad/wheelchair wouldn't be able to park where I indicated as there was no room for a wheelchair as it was bumper to bumper - it's just greed/ram them in and if people are late back to their car, you're not going anywhere until they've gone.

Alsop and Hillside school's still offer matchday parking, does anyone know?
Yep. £8.

Alsop is good. Well located.

Ah right I see my apologies then:)

Parking is a nightmare anyway... really needs to be sorted. Surprised the club didn't take over that land that used to be car sales place right next to the club... although I noticed Sunday it was being used as a car park again

Where do you park on a match day?

Really disappointed to see Everton remove the option of the car park at Salop St/Tetlow Way - the old St Frances De Sales Club. I always parked there. This is now exclusive "for media and journalists attending the matchday" - so a heads up for anyone who usually parks there.

Also, the Old St Lawrence School - Westminster Road/Leighton Street near Kirkdale train station wasn't open yesterday. Saw a few make the same assumption/mistake as me - anyone know whats happening with that?

Ended up being scammed out of £8 to park here yesterday - sat there afterwards for what seemed an eternity waiting for people to move the cars they'd stuck in front;

So then - where do you park when you go the game?

First it was the 500 from Speke
Then I used to park my TV200 outside the Spellow
First time I parked a car it cost me 6d to have my car 'minded' in Netley St.
In 85 I parked by the Arthur, the other side of the flyover.
2002 cost me a fiver down the bottom of Walton Lane
didn't bother in 2014

ditch the car.

Alsop's usually if I'm there an hour before kick off, was crushed when it went up to £7. Couple years ago it was a fiver ffs. Tory Britain strikes again.
