It was a miracle Hodgson kept his job after the World Cup farce. An appalling manager who has no idea whatsoever about managing the national team. Embarrassed in the World Cup, now only just holding out for a drae against Russia and losing (and in the process showing very little passion!) against Wales. You really cannot be surprised at the state of the England national team in the knowledge that it is Roy Hodgson managing them and picking the 'best' players for the squad. Sterling, Alli, Hart, Kane, Rooney.. all a joke today.
