This is the thing with Holgate, he has had a number of runs in the team when you think that there is a good defender in there, but, he then has long runs when he looks terrible.

His form has obviously improved under Frank, perhaps Frank and his coaching staff, are the ones to unlock his potential

This usually coincides with him being in and out of the team and played in different positions.
