It's not just Holgate though, Keane is a passenger watching in no man's land, same with Gomes not tracking the fella behind him, Alli another casual observer and Townsend miles behind the player he should be tracking. Ultimately the fault of the goal is Keane, Townsend & Gomes not covering properly even if Mason is at fault for the start of it all

I think we'll be fine against the teams above us as long as the team don't see them as big games, obviously our position in the league will affect whether that happens or not but games where there's even slightest bit of pressure in performing the team lose their heads. I worry about Leeds due to position, it's a big game for us and I worry we'll get the headless chicken defence rather than what we saw against Brentford because the team was under no pressure to perform that game.

Hopefully Frank can try and drill some of the fragile minds into not being so damn scared of playing football in important games

Why is that, mate? He was extremely unlucky with the OG.
And people attack him for not finishing himself our goal, I mean he striked the ball, the wall of defense blocked it, he had nowhere else to target.

And he did not make the awful mistake Mina did early in the game, and is not awful as Keane (not many object to this I hope)

OFC he is not the best CB in the world but much better than Keane and Godfrey. Mina is the best we have but with his attitude and injury woes...it's best we ship Keane and Godfrey and buy two elite CBs, make Mina, Holgate and Branthy as their back up.

Leeds missed a trick playing James up top. Gave Holgate and Keane a chance to get some much needed confidence. They really dominated today which was great to see.

He certainly did mate but I think after about 5-10 minutes into today's game ot looked like he wasn't gonna work.
