We've still got Jagielka who can do a job until the end of the season. 4th choice is a hiding to nothing not many games available if no Europe and depart League Cup early. Next year if we get Europa there should be enough games to go about between 4. When we play a back 4 its going to be difficult enough to keep the 3 happy this season.

I am not sure that playing every week in a struggling team that is leaking goals is good for any young player.
West Brom are somewhere between Championship and Premiership standard full of confidence and getting good results the perfect scenario for a young player to join.

Hindsight of course, but the lad hasnt played for the last 4 months, he needs games, hes unlikely to get them here.

When he goes our squad will be 25 players, should hopefully be enough.
