The 2nd half was us last season with the attacking and passing and pace. Our defending was this season and you can see clearly the back 4 do not trust Howard, he flaps at everything and when he does punch its straight to the other team

Too many players picking themselves no matter how badly they are playing, unless Martinez can get control of his squad then he should go and be replaced by a manager who isn't afraid of the big names.

Usual stuff here: 4 hour fume followed by 2/3rds of the votes going the Robertonian's way.

He's our manager now, he'll be our manager this time next season.

We all know it. And rightly so.

Now we know you're just trolling.

Obviously as Martinez dropped the very solid Robles, for the "worst keeper in the league", then he deserves stick. And it's not like those Howard howlers were unforeseeable -- he'd been doing that all season, and none of us were surprised to see him throw (or palm) away points for us again.

That's all well and good, but how many "brownie points" did last season earn him? Enough to take us to the bring of relegation the following year? Not for me.

Some people act like the guy is bullet proof when he's far from it - he's made shocking decisions this year and his inflexibility in his approach has cost us game after game.

What if we're 12th by December next season? What's changed exactly? Why sack him then - after all, he's got no worse if that's the case, so why would he suddenly be eligible to bite the bullet if he's done nothing worse?

I don't think Roberto can juggle two leagues.. Just don't know how is prematch thinking process works... We just made the foxes look like a top four club today!! Arsenal.. Hold on for that one.. I hope that I am wrong,, but it doesn't look good.. Not saying regulation, but this can not continue into next season...
At this point what is more important to the board,, Europa or getting this team turned around so we don't have to think about regulation or piss poor performances....

The brief few games where he went more direct and gave me hope for him as been trashed by the pointless sideways passing football being reinstated.

Can't see the point sacking him now and potentially derailing the European thing. But I'd be looking elsewhere in the summer!!
