Assuming that Martinez doesn't turn it around from now until then.
My assumption is that he would which is why you give him time.
Not till November for the reason I pointed out.

Pretty much agree with all of this.
We could bin Martinez and give the job to someone else who'd need time to bed in his own ideas, or we give Martinez the benefit of the doubt, write this season off as a bad job and see if we get an improvement next season. If there are no signs of improvement next season then that's the time to change things at the the top, otherwise we'll end up on a manager merry go round.
All other things being equal, I'd give Martinez till May 2016 to show he's on the ball with the job.

So thats agreed then? November it is.
Then grab next seasons Owen Coyle/Mike Walker/Paul Lambert/Dougie Howe(?)/Bradford Manager/Steve Cotterill/Middlesborough Manager.
Ace.

Yes. Instead of calling for his head in October because of a poor start to the season, even after the season we just had. An utter farce that. I could understand the calls for his head after that run in December but not in October and November. The manager has shown the ability to get it right. We've gone through a bad patch no doubt but he's shown me enough to think he deserves a bit of grace and patience to get us back to playing the football of last season.Wait until November and then look for a new manager, who if he wanted to change the squad would have to wait until January, if the club has any money left after RM has splashed it all in summer 2015, don't make me laugh.

And if Barcelona or Bayern sack their manager and give Bill a ring.
Hey Wolly, HHMMM 3 years where have I seen that before in the managerial career of RM!
Firstly i'm not dougie. Secondly, past or present tense the sentiment remains the same. In my mind he has earnt some patience. Whether we are still in a crisis is up for debate.Doogie, you have that wrong we are GOING through a bad patch not gone through that is past tense.
Roy more like they would email RM first or invite him over for a coffee under the guise of seeing relatives. Just like Man U chatted to our EX.
