I don't think anyone at the club believes the current situation is acceptable, I just feel there's better way of going about things. We are in a semi-final like...

There's definitely merits to a banner, but I'd probably agree that we need to do it if we get knocked out in the semi, the game after that. Then again I'd sack him right now, wouldn't even give the bloke the semi final he's been that bad in the league. Only reason I'd wait to do the banner is it'll have much more impact if we're out the cup and say in 12th. Want it to actually work.
