I wouldn't rate Hajduk Split to be as good a side as Dynamo Kiev.But last night we went to a hostile arena.We went 1 nill down but we showed character to grind out the result.Contrast last night, with our last visit before that to a hostile eastern european arena under Mister Martinez.Where we bricked it under the strain of the hostile atmosphere, and not to mention the inept stupidity that would define the latter days of the Martinez regime.In contrast under Koeman last night we went to a hostile eastern european ground, blocked out the atmosphere and got the job done.

Probably fears being knocked clean out by him. He didn't pick him the first time and said he was unfit yet he played and scored for Roma.

I think he just doesn't like Radja mate. He smokes, goes out a lot, end up in tabloids a lot for cheating on his wife etc... Shame because a good player.

We've played utter rubbish against two teams made up of plumbers and painters and decorators in two qualifiers and scraped by them.

Btw, you do remember Koeman's last EL adventure with S'ton ended at the qualifying stage against a Danish outfit?
