I think the poll reflects the frustration most evertonians feel. I voted out only because I don't want to be associated with the Martinez love in, I don't want him to be sacked or to leave ,I do want him to address the glaring problems that we face week on week and to stop the embarrassing positive psycho bull he quotes after defeat in the press room.

The time has come I think for the 'I don't know's' to fall either side if the fence.
Interestingly, if you split the IDK's in the same ratio as the current yes:no ratio, the yes vote would be in excess of 54% of the total vote. Personally, I think it would creep up nearer the 60% mark if votes were cast yes or no, and perhaps as high as 65% if the Vitor vote was recast.
Just saying like.

The poll closes tomorrow evening so you havn't got long left to vote.

There are one or two notable absentees from the votes so far who have an even more developed sense of fence sitting than our chief previewer. I'm not going to mention anyone by name, but he owns the place.

Ha ha.

Martinez record is very mediocre ... aren't we tired of mediocrity, mid table finishes, talented players sold to clubs that win trophies ... it wasn't like this when I grew up proud to be supporting Everton.

poor coaching / management as the main cause of our failings.

We are tired of not winning things.True. But by your logic, the list of 'mediocre' managers must include Moyes, Smith, Kendall vII+III, Walker, Harvey...in fact anyone not associated with our rosy past when we had the financial leverage to compete as one of the big four.

I'm tired of mediocre fumes. I blame mediocre fans.

I want to go back to the days when we had great fans, who tried to take a balanced view of things. The great fans of the mid-80s. We deserve better.

We've won 44.4% of our games in the time he's been here. Hardly poor, in fact it's fairly decent. Needs to improve as he can't ride off season 1 forever but there are definite signs of us getting better.
