His odds are drifting, thankfully.
I think Moshiri is a loose cannon and capable of just about any appointment.
I wouldn't rule it out as a short term measure.
I'm horrified if this is true. I can only assume, no pray, that it would be a short-term, 'safe pair of hands' appointment and they've got somebody really, really stellar lined up for the summer. I hope they put a "no jogging pants tucked in socks" clause in his contract.
Remember all the optimism we were filled with Washy and all the trouble we went to when we were in China, just so we could listen to it on the radio, only to hear us lose 5-0. Great memories lol3-0 defeat in the Derby? I would take that right now.
1. Take a peek at the thread starter.
2. His record of manipulating odds in a weak market is pretty decent.
3. Clueless journos/bookies/punters for some reason still read us.
I remember just last summer how all talk was that Moshiri had the club in his hands and was the undisputed power in the land...I wonder if he’s battling on a number of fronts, Dave. There might be a boardroom division between Bills and Moshiri’s camp being fought out.

How things have changed in a few months. He looks for all the world now like he's being dictated to and cant control events.
I'm sure he will get his own way on the manager search and recruitment, but I dont trust his judgement if target A disappears. I can see him making a really rash decision if Silva isn't secured.
lol Never forget that! Set my alarm for about 2 o’clock in the morning as well.Remember all the optimism we were filled with Washy and all the trouble we went to when we were in China, just so we could listen to it on the radio, only to hear us lose 5-0. Great memories lol
He was a kid let loose in a sweet shop with someone else's cash. He's made all the wrong choices and is spewing up in the gutter...and everyone's pointing and laughing at him.Sort of smacks of someone who has gained wealth, gained influence gained power on the shirt tails of another and when their time comes to use them isn’t quite up to it.

We just seem to be wanting to poach someone else's manager mid-season, which rarely works when your club is a mess, and there is probably no money left. Its pretty easy to see this club is a disaster that can't be fixed on a whim. Only a rat like Rednapp would be interested.
