His early season form helped drag us down, it's only fair he was instrumental in steadying the ship.

He played bad then, but he didn't have a steady partner then as he does now. He partnered Distin, who age has caught up with him, at the start of the season. He partnered Alcaraz, who is.. Alcaraz, in a few games in EL. And he finally started games with Stones, then Stones got injured for 3 months. He did play bad, but that certainly didn't help him. I love Jagielka myself.
