Never a pen, Mangala should have been off for his assault on Eto'o, Fernandinho could have gone for kicking Barry in the head at full stretch.

Then he also gave fouls against Lukaku, Barry and Besic that never were and booked Barkley for 'diving' when it was a virtually identical challenge to the pen.

They are two totally different things. Unless you think the better you play, the more the ref should favour you?

We were crap, but City weren't doing much themselves. A soft pen and 2 red card offences not given -- any of those incidents alone is enough to be annoyed, but all 3 is just dodgy. Not to mention his inconsistency in between.

If the referee is the one that makes the difference in a game, then something has gone wrong. End of.
