I'm norwegian and i've seen him play many times. He is ok in the norwegian league (sh!t league), but not good enough for premier league.

He's barely good enough for Rosenborg. Had a fantastic debut season at the age of 17, but the second and thirs season have been mediocre. No way he'll be good enough for Everton.
