I like to see him do well but I do question whether he is strong enough with the players.
There was a shot of 4 of the Fulham players on their bench and 3 of them were on mobile phones .I would not allow mobiles any where near the pitch .
People might say that's the way it is nowadays but I'm sorry it's just not acceptable.
Thought that was bad, usually they locked away in dressing room till after the match. It winds me up with the headphones getting off coach and walking round the away pitch before the match

In that awful run at the start 0f 19/20, i coud never quite bring myself to be angry at Silva

i think some of it was due to the fact he always looked close to weeping on the sideline

but I hope he does well with Fulham and i will never forget that 4-0 win vs Man U

Glad to see him doing well.

Unlike some of our other ex-managers, eg Koeman, I always thought he worked hard and did his best but sometimes things just don’t click and it is best for all to move on to other things.
I think he's a hard-working, committed manager.

I don't like the grasping, ladder-climbing portion of his nature, but at no point did I think we were getting less than 100% from him. I respect that.

I always liked him and thought his sacking was a bit premature. Wonder if some players revolted against him as didn't Moshiri pay a visit to Finch Farm the day before they sacked him to speak to the players alone?

No, Moshiri was there on the day he got sacked.

He needed to be sacked, he had us playing nothing football, poor performances, poor results, never made any sense when rambling on after another defeat.

Apparently he was a really nice guy behind having to do all the media stuff. That side of him he came across as very poor and never really able to express his opinion properly.

I hope we absolutely pummel Fulham 5-0

No I know he was there when they sacked him but one of the board visited the players to discuss the situation.
