It’s basically win silva or your sacked, then say another defeat he’s sacked anyway so it’s ridiculous that they’ve got him by the balls and the pressure is to much he needs to be cannoned now.

This is no way to run a serious football club.

This club is coming apart at the seams and the way I see it right now we will be in the Championship next season.

Wasn't someone like @Zatara throwing out Gallardo? So whoever won the Copa Libertwhatever now has Everton interested in them and the loser doesn't anymore?

Gallardo is the one...

In the final Flamengo won with 2 very late goals but River Plate were definitely the better team. Gallardo has been Rivers best ever manager, still young and of course in line with our 'South American' recruitment...

Reading the articles from Brazil reporting this they are saying that we have already contacted "Pini Zahavi" (whoever the phonk that is) and have been told to wait till after the Club World Cup. Seems to line up with giving Silva the next few weeks because there are no "suitable replacements".

Zahavi is one of the worlds top agents...been around a long time. Brokered Mourinho to Spurs.

I can’t get my head round the inconsistency of us. Silvas main problem in my opinion is his failure to motivate and adapt we have an injury crisis in midfield, I’m not a Moyes fan but he had a knack of getting the best out of teams when we had injuries to key players. If we had a full squad to choose from I think the table would look different but to be fair that’s not enough. I don’t buy he’s a fraud, the last man was a self serving fraud but he isn’t strong enough a character to survive this situation. I would love him to succeed as I think he cares but I’m not sure he’s strong enough. Allardyce held us to ransom insulted the fan base and didn’t look like he gave a [Poor language removed] after robbing the club of 6 million quid.
Ive said the same. I get the feeling that he isnt very inspiring. Talks that players love him surely is bullsh*
He has got no presence, I cant get nothing out of him.

A lot of massive assumptions being made about the running of the club.

For all we know, they were taking the advice of certain sections of the fan base and having secret talks/lining up mourinho as a replacement then Spurs came along.

My point is we literally have no idea what discussions they're having internally. Maybe they want to stick by Silva. Maybe they have someone lined up but don't want to bring him in yet with the fixture list. Maybe the person they want to come in won't take the job until after that fixture list. Maybe they feel that the calibre of managers available now aren't any better than Silva so they'd rather stick for the moment. Maybe they are just a disorganised mess.

We really don't know.
They could have agreed a deal with Poch but he might want a few days/week off before returning to management, fact is we don’t no.. maybe they wanna see how Silva reacts and how the players react on Sunday. No one knows.

Silva made mistakes this season but injuries plus Sigi completely disappeared this season havnt helped.

Watford players still say he’s a great coach and manager.

a lot of Silva problems still come down to the fact we don’t have a striker. If Richarlison doesn’t score we generally don’t score and that’s the problem, yeah he’s made bad team choice but what is our best team? Cos I haven't got a clue.

Spot on this...its a question ive posed countless times but not one person has an answer...

Aside from Richarlison who do we have that can consistently score goals...?

Not one person could answer...

If you where picking a team there only 4 players you definitely pick

Pickford(no other choice)
Digne( best LB in the league)
Mina (by far our best defender)
Richarlison(best forward)

every other position has 2-3 choice and that’s the problem, take the RSand Leicester there attack picks itself. City are different as they can field 2 full teams.

And who did we have last season?

Last season we scored 54 goals in 38 games = 1.4 goals per game
This season we have scored 13 goals in 13 games

I mean you say only Richarlison can consistently score goals, are we calling 3 in 13 consistently now?

The fact is we needed a Striker last season, we bought a Striker in the summer and for whatever reason Big watch isnt using him.
