2019/20 Marco Silva

I'd imagine someone did brief it particularly if there is a split at board level.

Either way, it just underlines how they have absolutely no control over the narrative on this now.

It's really almost back to the point when Koeman was sacked. We were a running joke in the media for weeks and it's beginning again.

It can't really be a surprise to anyone anymore that the sort of managers we would covet wouldn't touch us.

This is an important point really. We look a complete shambles and managers will rightly be very put off.

From the start Moshiri has made a critical mistake not replacing the infrastructure that preceded him. My concern is his investment was tied to a myth given to him by Bill Kenwright that if Bill had more money to spend Everton would be a top 4 club.

There is little unity at board level which just looks a recipe for disaster to me.

The decent thing for Bill would be to offer his resignation at a convenient moment, and allow Moshiri to get his own man in as Chairman. I suspect such a selfless act is beyond Kenwright though.

I would take a punt on Slaven Bilic, he’s got West Brom top of the league. Played at the top internationally. I would prefer him to Howe who in my opinion would be like a Silva Mk 2. Bournemouth are on a losing streak and are 1 point above us.

Keeping him for two games but not backing him. Everton. Everton ffs
Joke isn’t it!!and the club still saying nothing to the fans.yesterday vinny o Connor outside the ground all day convincing us they are ‘considering’looking to get a new manager in before Leicester now he’s at a different end of the ground today saying basically all he knows is marco silva is in charge for Leicester and the future games.the worst bit was he said its looking like they are to stand by their man

At this point it has to be good wins with some consistent style - i.e. a major change in focus.
SOmehow we have to see his plans all coming together in 2 games!
You're messing aren't you? If he wins at Anfield I couldn't care less if it's because he's dug trenches in the pitch and literally parked the bus in front of the goal. We haven't won a derby for about 10 years, when (if?!) it finally happens the style we do it in will not bother me in the slightest.
