We may have a really good manager in mind who does not want to leave mid season.
The Ajax manager recently said that he would see out the season in Holland and he was being linked to Bayern.

True enough I just don't think they handle these situations well. Remember how long Unsy was in for.

Common Sence tells us that they haven’t.
So the bookies have a list, fan forums have a list, Facebook comment sections have a list but then men in charge won't have a list? That doesn't seem like common sense to me.

Just having a list doesn't get you a manager. You can't just pick up the phone and say "Oi you, you're going to be our manager tomorrow"

Seems the epitomy of hopelessness if they don't want to give any new manager the next two away games, if there is truth is that.

I can't see any professional worth their salt holding back on an offer with that condition and it shouldn't come into play as far as the club are concerned.

Drift is damaging. I can understand them waiting to confirm someone but that work should be well underway hopefully.

Let's see what the next few days bring.

What is not in doubt is that Silva is finished here, I really would be astonished if there is anyone in the boardroom still backing him.

It’s the complete lack of a strategy and identity that does it for me. Wolves had a terrible start to the season but you could still see their set up and the way they were trying to play when they weren’t getting results, I haven’t even enjoyed our wins other than the fact the were Everton wins this season.

I was at the game Saturday, nearly 8 hour round trip and I enjoyed nothing about the 90 minutes of the game.

That's it for me mate, even with Norwich, you could see the way they were set - up and their style of play, we just look all over the gaff.

So if Silva is sacked why should the next appointment be an interim manager? This season is far from over if we can get the right man in charge. Interim manager screams a Moyes appointment no no no please no.

Hmmmm.......Everton, hmmmmm.............common sense............

They know that we know that they know it is just a matter of time. No way are we beating Leicester or the RS or Chelsea on the 7th. So he is going to be gone on the Thursday the 5th or if not the Saturday after the match.

Holding out for a miracle else. The end is nigh.

And you just know in this crazy world, Silva will win the Anfield Derby after all of this, after losing to Leicester and Chelsea before and after

Yep, would like it to be option 1 but I'm going for option 3 which you forgot to put

3) they don't think the issue is serious enough and are still backing him 100%

They are clueless mate. We need to see some leadership or at least come out with a statement and let us know what the plan is because right now it feels like we've put Mike Walker in charge and we are hoping for some kind of miracle from the players to suddenly remember how to win football matches on a consistent basis

This for me Macca. Moshiri won't see it as panic time just yet, and will give Silva this run of games we have in December hoping he can take a few big scalps and put a fair few pts on the board, and if we come out of that run relatively unscathed then Silva gets the rest of the season.

Other clubs have plans in place which it’s shown us - no we don’t.
