Zonal marking will have him right back in the frying pan again - just s matter of time.

This. If he doesnt ditch that i cant defend him. Its cost us so many points and knocked us out of the cup. Its my biggest gripe with him. And not sure my ticker can take every set peice against us looking so amateurish.

we need to stick with him. he needs time. needs at least two seasons. fed up of this 6 months and sack a manager. need some stability us. he needs to improve on set pieces. everyone slated his team last night. we won 3-0. he is training with these players every day. need to trust him. proper need to get behind the team us. the away support is class but the home support needs to be more like it used too. right up for this derby Sunday.

The problem for him is the damage has already been done. 5 of our remaining 10 games left are against top 6 sides which means 7th is very unlikely unless Watford and Wolves go into freefall (Leicester will no doubt also get new manager bounce and go on a winning run).

Ive stuck to my guns all season at minimum we needed to have finished the season in 8th and showing some signs of progress on the playing front with a view of battling for 7th next season and improving in the cup competitions.

One win against a side Watford blitzed by 4 a few days ago doesnt change anything as nice a win as it was. I also think the scoreline flattered us as 1st half we were abysmal.

I have been quite vocal about wanting him gone after the abysmal performances over the past 3 months and 1 win against a rubbish opponent isn't exactly a season changer, however if he manages to pull off what seems currently impossible and get a win at Goodison against the RS, I am going to wind my neck back in a bit and give him till the end of the season to see if he can turn things around and give us a decent run in. Cant be any fairer than that, not that he is bothered what i think anyway mind. lol

Of cos we will win, no doubt about it.

Not fooled by last night,it was Cardiff.A good tactician sets up a team to play the way that suits the players he has.All of the excuses about what he's inherited don't hold water. How quickly we forget Huddersfield,Newcastle.Watford and Wolves at home.
Well see the true silva in the next month or so....

Good to see him getting angry on the touchline last night. Seems a bit more fired up and ready to make changes to players who are not performing like with Rico last night.

If he starts Lookman or Bernard over Theo on sunday i will be very happy.

If he doesn't then he needs marching out of goodison

Bernard done more in his cameo last night than Walcott has in abar 7 months
