Nope.

I'm not saying @zzr45 is lying, it looks like the Echo have used it as a lead in. But that's very different than what the quotes actually say.

Do you think @zzr45 is correct in highlighting the quotes on the previous page from

Conte
Klopp
Pep

To highlight that they changed their systems and styles ?

For me, and this is simply what i saw with my own eyes @zzr45 it looks to me managetial waffle and didnt serve klopp well in his 1st season...one might say he was doing as well as silva bar 2 pts with a settled and better team.

Also Sarri hasnt done too well in the same timeframe weve fallen apart.

He's absolutely right in what he says. He can organise them and tell them what to do but its up to them to be able to react to the situation and do the right thing.

As I've also said to @Lanolin, there's far worse issues with this side - that are Silva's fault, at least partly-mostly - at the moment than zonal marking.

Zonal marking is just an easy thing to pick on, but it ultimately boils down to the players not doing their jobs.

The manager is going wrong in other areas at the moment - i.e. team selection, system etc

Like with Allardyce, I'd be very disappointed if Moshiri hasn't made his mind up regardless of what Silva does now. The Southampton game was the tipping point but that Millwall game was the nail in the coffin.

I see him as a caretaker manager at this point. If he's here next season I'll be disgusted.
I would tend to agree with you, but on reflection I think tonight’s game and the Wolves game will put the nail in Silva's coffin. We/he needs 6 points. Tonight’s performance will say a lot about this manager.

I would be very careful about making libelous comments like that if I were you.
As a retired Solicitor I can tell you that Baines and Jagielka are likely to have a very strong cause of action against you.
I think that the moderators should also be aware that you place the Forum in potential peril.

See you in Strasbourg.

did they? they had a pretty poor team back then, had coutinho and maybe sturridge who was good at the time

They didnt have all our dross, morale mustnt be great when the older players know theyre off and so many unwanted and loaned...

I think we need a mass clearout

if anything the morale looked the best it's been in years, the fact that we are ridiculously easy to score against every single game is the problem not the morale

Did he 'relegate hull' was it down to him?

He took over Hull (a team who started preseason with 8 first team squad players) who were dead and buried and gave them a fighting chance.

Look at their teamsheets...he wasnt far off a miracle...

Youve just quoted some random nonsense from managers...anyone can do that...what relevance is it?

Youve then linked the echo with a false claim about a Silva quote...

Come on man.

Klopp 1st season 8th

Silva 2pts off 8th.

FGS man
Because the relevance is that managers HAVE to adapt their tactics. If you come in with a prepackaged style of play you get found out quickly, as is happening right now with us. Your standpoint is that these managers come in and enforce a style of play and that's that. It's actually laughable. In fact, you've even highlighted that Sarri's having a difficult time because he ISN'T (as per the quote) adapting his tactics.
