Me quite obviously...Marcels Brands or Frank.........ermmm, let me see.....who has the most reliable understanding of the situation.
Sorry to disappoint you, but there is absolutely zero chance of that happening no matter how much you might wish it would.
So you may as well stop wasting your time hoping for it, otherwise you'll end up in the loony bin like @hktoffee eating Alsatian for breakfast.
Infinitely? A bit of a stretch!I think I figured out what is bothering me about this season.
It's a bit underwhelming. You look at the the performances and think "wahei! Nice job lads!" and then you look at results like Huddersfield, West Ham, Newcastle, Southampton and think "well that's not good at all". Those ALL should have been winnable matches. Take out Southampton because, you know, a cup, and we should be 9 points better.
The first team is INFINITELY better than in recent years and, yet, we really are a "look good but don't get results" team.
lollollollollol@Mark O'Silver You clearly love mid table. It’s ok is it loony? It’s ok to fail 7th is like 15th they’re all the same lol.

Got a feeling we will get something tomorrow. However lets not look past the facts:
£85 million spent in transfers (60 million or so talent on loan in Gomes and Zouma)
Yet 11th in the table behind clubs not long ago were in the fizzy pop league.
0 wins against the top 6
No wins against Bournemouth, Wolves, Watford and West Ham who are around/above us in the table
Dropped points to gash like Newcastle and Huddersfield
Out the League Cup at the first hurdle
Appoint mid table managers get mid table results. Baffling Moshiri chased Silva as if he was Guardiola and not interviewing any other candidate or let Brands appoint a manager.
I've said it all the time we will acheive nothing under Moshiri as for all his good intentions and money he fails to grasp the basics that without a top manager who has a proven record of achieving in a strong league you will never ever trouble the top 6 or even establish 7th spot.

If we win tomorrow (far easier said than done), we're 6th.
Jesus Christ alive it's December.

If we are 6th come tomorrow I'll hold my hands up, however it'll likely be at best a draw for us and a Utd win with us being around 9th/10th in the table which is still very poor with the money invested half way into the season.
Holy cow. One win tomorrow proves he is ok. A draw is very poor.
Unreal.
I don't think so honestly. Gomes is FAR better than Schneiderlein, Zouma and Mina are far better than Williams, Digne is infinitely better than Cuco, Pickford is better than Howard, Bernard is far better than Bolasie, Walcott better than whatever we had previously.Infinitely? A bit of a stretch!
