Problem is passing at tempo requires a level of techinque beyond A number of our players particularly Gueye, Coleman & Walcott.

They are all good players technically they all need to take a touch & set themselves before moving the ball this gives the opposition the time to get back into shape.

We are moving forwards I’m not going to complain too much.

The same 3 players I mentioned a month ago, about lacking technical ability and composure.

I’m not convinced by playing a number 10 either, would rather a 3 man midfield with with 2 strong runners. And a front 3 that score goals.

Jesus Christ mate not sure what else Silva could have done. made changes we were crying out for but the team were too slow in the build up and couldn't break down Newcastle's bus. It happens when you don't have world class players.

If Utd were at their normal level and 9 points+ above us with Arsenal we would be scrapping for 7th.

Maybe you need to lower your sights and realise we are trying to build a team.......we haven't built one yet but the signs are promising. They clearly don't spend any discernable amount of time in set pieces. Again, that's on the guy who sets training.

Realistically you´re right. To earn the best of the rest tag is what we need to be aiming for this season. We´re going to be too inconsistent to put together a run that will threaten the top 6 I think.

Be nice to see us target the cups but I can see that being low on Silva´s priorities list unfortunately.

Have to disagree. We finished 8th last season and we were awful, 6th is an absolute minimum I'd expect for the money we've been spending etc.

I'd honestly we are under performing this season at this point

When you take out the one central playmaker you have, it gets tough.

I actually have no problem attacking in the wide spaces, there was a ton of room out there. But you have to be better at it. Digne was off today, but Coleman offered so little out right it was embarrasing.
