I think he is building a good team, we have had dross for a long time and it won’t be fixed in the short time he has been here, next summer he will get another couple of players he wants as well as shipping some others on.

Patience is needed at this time, like what others have said we are going to places now looking for the win

Yes. He's gone out to win every game (even at Arsenal). Its refreshing. Of course we're not going to acheive that, but its got to be the aim. I'm interested to see how we go in our next set of away games. Man Utd, Chelsea, RS, City and Spurs!! Thats some run. Would be ace if we won even one of those games. But, I think with his style we might do it, especially if one of those teams are not at it on the day.
We've got goals in us, and set up to counter attack.
We may get a hiding if one of them, if it’s an off day but I’m sure we’ll win one of them just by going with a different mentality. As you said with higher quality of players (striker) then Arsenal would of been put to bed in the first half, two more transfer windows and I think we’ll be in a position to challenge for the cups and CL. Marcel Brands work in the summer has been impressive so I’m confident he’ll get the correct quality of player needed..

Our best players this season have been Bernard, Richarlison, Zouma & my main man Lucas Digne.

Last year these players positions were being taken by Bolasie, Rooney, Williams & my main man Cuco.

As a team Marco & Marcel have already improved us in the wqys of playing staff and we are now fun to watch wether we get the result or not......that is the first step on the long road we are on and we are just getting out the driveway.

Good job all round so far

I think we now have a great team best suited for away games. I expect many suprising results from this team away from home

Sigurdsson has been our best player this season, but I agree with your general point.

All the new signings brought in by Silva and brands with the exception of Mina have improved us. if Mina comes in and does the same it will have been a brilliant 1st transfer window for the pair of them and I'm excited to see what further transfer windows bring

Will concede first, and not recover. Will be looking over if shoulders going into middle of October flirting with the very worst sides in the division.

Hee hee hee

Top managers play top players like Bernard and utilise systems to suit players they have.

Lets see if Silva has the bottle to adapt formation to utilise Richarlison, Walcott and bernard in a attacking front 3 instead of persisting with the same gash attack line up.

There it is.....top manager!

But before that Morgan foul they were by far the better side. Worth remembering that, even though overall I think we shaded it.

At no stage whatsoever were Leicester the better side yesterday, never mind....by “far” the better side.

I’m happy with the win yesterday but I honestly don’t think we get a result without the red card. In fact I think we probably lose.

Jury out imo.

We managed to avoid defeats when we went down to 10 away from home. So why should we feel bad about beating our opponent when they went down to ten?

They went down to ten because richarlison was for too quick and tricky for Morgan too. I don't feel bad about it at all. That's football.

Have you been listening to Paul Merson?
He gave a match report on Sky after about 2 minutes saying Leicester were all over us and there was only 1 team in it.
You don't really like us do you Paul? How are the drink, drugs, gambling and womanizing addictions going?

I thought we were excellent yesterday, we looked a really good side.

I reckon this is the best Everton attack I’ve seen us have for 20+ years and it will be proven in time.

Our summer buys have been outstanding and I can’t wait to see Mina and Gomes.

So exciting.....all credit to Silva and Brands.

That was a good win against a decent side. Yes they ended up with 10 men but we were still the better side at that point. When Morgan was sent off I was quite deflated because I knew the credit for Evertons display would be tarnished by certain posters who cannot get to grips with a better Everton because they have less to moan about.

We are still a distance away from top 6 but the progress of style is a joy to see. Silva has just to get the consistency from the players but has a thumbs up from me because of the relative short period he has been here. Looking forward to January to see what additions Silva and Brands add to the already successful additions. We haven't even seen Gomes or Mina yet we are a better team.

I hope you're right. This sunday morning I'm thinking I'll take that. Progession is the key. Spurs game is at home by the way. But nonetheless a tough set of away games. I'll take a 4-0 defeat at City if we beat Man Utd and the RS! ;)
